REQUIREMENTS
- Advance Diploma in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing or relevant field
- Ability to manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other major platforms
- Understanding of social media trends, influencer collaborations, and community engagement
strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dhivehi
- Strong interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to thrive in a team environment
- A creative or technical skill set including design software, photography, or content production will be considered an added advantage
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage engaging content strategies across all social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
- Act as the face and voice of the brand online, actively interacting with followers and fostering a strong digital community
- Create, publish, and manage multimedia content (including short videos and graphics) in line with brand guidelines and marketing goals
- Collaborate with influencers, vendors, and internal teams to support marketing campaigns, events, and paid promotions
- Monitor and analyze content performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns
